Bike Trails and walking paths
A large part of our business is the state, county, and city walking paths and Bike trails. We maintain them by crack sealing and mastic patching any hole's, cracks or rough aeras followed by a double seal coat (Two coats One Squeegeed one sprayed)
Parking lots
We have extensive experience in maintaining parking lots both commercial (stores, Wearhouse buildings etc..) and residential (apartment buildings, town home associations)
County, Township, and city streets/roads
MP asphalt maintains streets and county and Township roads with two main services Crack sealing and mastic patching. we do both to help maintain the roads structural integrity.
Our Work
What a seal coat looks like after its Finished. This project was a large car dealership. Not only does the sealer add curb appeal it will help maintain the longevity of the asphalt.
This County Road was in need of a crack seal, as you can see! The treatment should now be expected to help preserve the road for the next 3-5 years before more extensive and costly repairs have to be done.
